Roger Properties is a family owned and operated property management company that specializes in apartment rentals in the West Ridge / West Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. Our owners and management team are dedicated to providing the utmost care and responsiveness to our tenants’ needs.
Our Story
Founded in 2012, Roger Properties began with one property and a dream to fill the growing need for updated affordable apartments in the community. Since then, the company has grown tremendously and currently manages 10 apartment buildings. Roger Properties prides itself on the personal attention given to each tenant.
Meet the Team
Director of Operations
Dovid Aronin
For over 20 years, Dovid has been a noteworthy leader in the service space. You may know him from his work as the Associate Rabbinic Coordinator and Community Manager at CRC Kosher, but Dovid can also be credited with contributions to bringing learning to life in the Jewish community. Dovid has great experience in the property management field, managing units in Chicago’s Southside Neighborhoods.
Dovid holds a Bachelor's degree and Rabbinic Ordination from Hebrew Theological College and a Masters in Education from Loyola University. He currently resides in his hometown of Chicago and takes pride in his commitment to servicing the tenants and investors at Roger Properties in his role as Director of Operations.
Director of Finance
Nicole Fagan, CPA
Nicole is a seasoned finance executive and is a licensed CPA. As the Director of of Finance, Nicole oversees the team and finances to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Director of Maintenance
Rob Burg
As the maintenance supervisor with over 10 years of handiwork experience, Rob has a proven track record for completing tasks with care. He is well versed in identifying issues efficiently and resolving them in a reliable and timely manner. Rob has a wide range of knowledge, and is constantly working to provide the tenants with the best service.
